Old Writing: Part 20::Two Haiku

Posted by on May 20, 2017

These were probably written in 1969. I was in 6th grade. The second of these haiku poems I used for years whenever I had to write one. I always got a passing grade.

I hate to leave them.

Flowers bloom and wilt.
Snow falls down and melts away.
Life begins and ends.
